Locked out of your Authenticator App? No problem—we’ve got you covered. Resetting your 2FA only takes a few steps.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log in with your account credentials.
- Click “Reset 2FA” on the login page.
- Check your registered email for a temporary code.
- Enter the code, select “Reset,” and your 2FA will be disabled.
- To turn it back on, go to Security Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.
- Use a new authenticator app to scan the QR code or manually enter the setup key.
- Enter the new 6-digit code to complete setup.
That’s it—your account’s secure, and you’re back in control.
