Why did my deposit fail?

Deposits can sometimes fail. While there are legitimate reasons for this to occur, some simple troubleshooting may help you resolve the issue.

General Trouble Shooting:

Whatever deposit method you choose, always ensure the details you provide are accurate and verifiable. You may have incorrectly entered some necessary information.

Credit/Debit Card

As an international gaming company, your credit card is not 100% guaranteed to work on our website. Such restrictions are not imposed by Slots.lv but rather the issuer of your card. Should one card not be successful, try another one of our accepted cards instead.

Limited deposit attempts: When the same card has failed three times, you are blocked from making another attempt with that card for a period of 24 hours. We cannot lift this restriction for any reason.

Limited number of active cards: You can use credit, debit or gift cards to deposit, however, only a total of 5 active cards can be listed on your account. To modify that list, click the trash can next to the card you wish to remove.

Gift Card

Do you have the right card? The gift card you purchase must state that it is capable of online, international purchases. Slots.lv is an international company and as such, gift cards stating ‘Domestic use only’ should not be purchased.

Did you pay enough for the card? The amount on the gift card you purchase must cover the following fees:

• Activation of the card and any additional fees applied by the issuer
• Slots.lv minimum deposit limit of $20.00
• Slots.lv processing fee of 15.9%

We recommend a minimum amount of $25.00.

Activation time: Once activated, gift cards can take up to hour before they can be used.

Cryptocurrency

We are a crypto casino, so we always recommend our crypto methods for all your transactions. Using Bitcoin (BTC) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is fast, reliable and guaranteed. Double-check your wallet address to ensure the success of your deposit.  

Wallet address: The address is case sensitive and should be copied and pasted rather than input manually. An incorrect address may result in the loss of your funds.  

Cryptocurrencies are unique: Always double check the cryptocurrency you are sending before making the transfer as they are NOT interchangeable (Ex. Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are not the same currency). Sending one type of cryptocurrency to a different cryptocurrency's address will result in a loss of funds.
