How does SafeKey work?

If you're an American Express card holder, your online purchases are already protected with SafeKey. When using your American Express credit card to make a purchase over the internet, SafeKey automatically authenticates the transaction with the email address associated to your AMEX account. 

What does SafeKey look like on Slots.lv?

At the end of the deposit process, the SafeKey functionality will display as a blank window. The window will appear onscreen for up to 5 seconds and there is nothing* you need to do during this time. IMPORTANT Closing the SafeKey window will interrupt the processing of your deposit and may result in the funds being charged to your card, but not credited to your Slots.lv account.

Can I still deposit if my card isn’t enrolled?

Your American Express card is likely protected by SafeKey already, however, the added protection is not required to make online purchases.

*Why did AMEX send me a code?

If SafeKey requires manual verification on your part, AMEX will text or email you a six-digit code to complete the transaction.
