What are installments when I request a withdrawal?

All our withdrawals methods have a Maximum Withdrawal Amount that can vary from one method to another.

If your withdrawal request is larger than the Maximum Installment Amount for the selected withdrawal method, it will be divided into smaller installments. Installments are portions of your withdrawal that get processed within a specified duration. Once your withdrawal requests are received the funds are immediately deducted from you playable balance

Here's an example when you request a withdrawal by Check by Courrier:

Maximum Installment Amount: $2,000
Installment Frequency: 1 per 7 days

Requesting a withdrawal of $8,000 dollars will result in four installments of $2,000 and an estimated timeframe of twenty-eight days before you get the full amount.
