What are wagering requirements/playthrough?
Even “free” rewards come with rules attached. Playthrough or rollover refers to the amount of money that must be wagered in the casino after claiming a bonus before it can be withdrawn. For a match bonus, the playthrough requirement is the bonus + the deposit that has to be played a certain amount of times.
1. Check the requirements of any bonus by first clicking the profile icon at the top of the page.
2. From the menu, click 'My Rewards'.
3. Click the drop-down arrow, or 'Bonus description' on any active or available bonus to view the playthrough requirement and other bonus details.
How Do I Check My Playthrough Progress?
1. Under Active Bonuses, the remaining playthrough is indicated in the Playthrough Progress bar by a percentage.
2. Hovering over the information bubble will indicate how much you still need to wager to fully meet the requirement.
Some games will contribute differently to your playthrough progress, so sure to click the Terms and Conditions under the 'Bonus Description' to review the Wagering Contribution Chart.
IMPORTANT:
- All deposits must be wagered completely before any winnings can be withdrawn. By not meeting this requirement, your withdrawal may be subject to cancelation and return of funds to your account balance.
- Exceptions will be made for peer-to-peer methods such as Player Transfer and MatchPay - when there is a re-deposit, in whole or in part of a previous withdrawal.
